First congratulations to Ditlev Bredahl, now former UK2 Group's CEO...over the last 5 years he led the company on an M&A voyage that included UK and US hosting firms. I guess the M&A strategy paid off as Britt PE firm TSB Development Capital bought a majority interest in UK2 firm in a 47 million pound sterling ($77 m USD, 53 m Euro) transaction.
Ditlev signaled a change a few weeks ago as he bowed out of a keynote address at WHD in Germany. I started to smell the deal last year as he indicated to me he would soon be transitioning to full time CEO at OnApp. We are looking toward his continued success.
