Mobile Spy Software May Be Illegal

There is a new application called Mobile Spy and lawyers are contemplating whether it is legal. The software works like this: if someone sends a text message from an iPhone, or to an iPhone user, a third party could receive the message on any desktop computer. Moblie Spy claims to be a useful tool for employers and parents, but an attorneys are not so sure.
