Cloud Host Savvis Hires Qatalyst as Financial Adviser

March 7, 2011 -- Cloud hosting provider Savvis has hired investment bank Qatalyst Partners as a financial adviser, drawing speculation that the company might be looking for a possible buyer, according to a report by PE Hub. The report cited three sources that confirmed that Savvis had hired Qatalyst, a company led by high-profile banker Frank Quattrone, but Savvis declined to comment on its validity.
